Nate Graham explained in the issue marked as duplicate of this issue that the
current UI does not show disabled screens in the interactive preview area
because it wouldn't make sense to display them in that area, as they have no
position.
It seems, however, that now (systemsettings 6.3.4), disabled screens *do*
remember their position: When re-enabling a screen, it appears exactly at the
position where it was before it was disabled.
Therefore, I would propose, as a solution to this issue, to just also show
disabled screens in the interactive preview area, but mark them clearly as
disabled.
