For every key combination you're going to find an app already using it. Eg. ctrl+alt+F is commonly used in word/googledocs (add footnote) and photoshop (run filter). Enabling "Grab all keys" avoids the issue but can be annoying if you jump frequently in / out the rdp connection. You can customize the shortcuts to try to adapt them to your workflow / most commonly used apps. Before changing the default in krdc it would be good to have a general consensus.
