add missing include to fix LaTeX typesetting
This is necessary to propagate the setting of the WITH_EPS macro. It is
currently always undefined in this file, which leaves the code for rendering
LaTeX results permanently disabled.
This header used to be included, but was removed in commit

Tested against master branch and version 25.04.
