SUMMARY
Some people don't want to use the light themes, because "they are too bright at
night".
You know how there's the night light feature and how there'd DDI/CI desktop
monitor control feature and laptop monitors have brightness controls.
Well what if there was an option to basically make the brightness change given
the time of day given time to sunrise/sunset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
