SUMMARY
On a slow internet connection, I can wait a long time at "Fetching updates...".
[^1] When I want to leave my PC updating whilst I'm gone, unless I've
pre-prepared for this, I'm forced to wait until it's instantiated the package
list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have updates available.
2. KQuitApp6 Discover.
3. Invoke Discover.
4. Switch to the "Updates" tab.
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover takes some time to "fetch" the packages available at all added
repositories, so the user is forced to wait until it has before they are able
to inform it to apply them, and how.
EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to choose to apply the updates and restart (etcetera) before
the updates have been "fetched".

`plasma-discover-6.3.4-1.fc42.x86_64`, on:
