SUMMARY
In Labplot 2.11.80, the horizontal position of the axis label "1" in the
vertical axis is wrong when the the Y axis includes an integer 1 for an axis
label as shown in the attached figure.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Plotting a plot from a data set such as X: -1 0 1 2 3, Y: -1 0 1 2 3

OBSERVED RESULT
The axis label "1" in the vertical axis is shifted to the right.
