Bug ID: 503307 Summary: Wallpapers are very slightly blurry on an external screen Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.3.4 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Wallpaper images Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: aron...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 If I connect a PC directly to a 1080p monitor, wallpapers and panels are 'sharp'. When a laptop (with a HiDPI internal screen) is connected to the external screen, all wallpapers and panel icons will look lower-resolution and somewhat blurry, even when their real resolution is 2-3x of the display resolution. It's not very noticeable if you haven't checked with a non-HiDPI setup, probably something related to antialiasing. Operating System: Fedora Linux 42 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0 Qt Version: 6.9.0 Kernel Version: 6.14.2-300.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Graphics Processor 1: IntelĀ® Graphics Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU Manufacturer: SLIMBOOK Product Name: HERO-RPL-RTX -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
