blurry icons after connecting external monitor
SUMMARY
I have 2 monitors, built-in with 150% scaling and external with 200%.
when I connect the external, the system tray icons becomes blurry (see
attached).
i was able to make them sharp again by disabling and re-enabling the built-in
display through the "display configuration"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. 150% scaling on first monitor
2. connect a second monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
blurry icons in system tray
EXPECTED RESULT
icons in system tray should be sharp
