Thanks for your report and sorry for this bad experience. Did you start the
project with an older version of Kdenlive ? This kind of corruption sometimes
happened with the 23.12 and 24.03 and 24.05 versions but I haven't seen it in a
long time.
I am working on better handling this kind of issue on project opening and will
get back to you soon.
