I'm not a Dolphin developer, but I think this is only the consequence of a new
option which allows showing a shorter version of the status bar. You can
restore the long behavior by going to the Dolphin configuration dialog, and the
"Status & Location Bar" in the "Interface" page, then checking the "Full width"
button of the "Status bar" entry.
