Thanks for the additional system information. From the backtrace, there are
still missing symbols for Inkscape itself. Can you please install the debug
package for Inkscape and send a new backtrace?

I did some reading about the bug that was fixed, and that did look to be a bug
in the Plasma clipboard app (klipper)
This backtrace is different.
There's discussion in this Inkscape gitlab issue about them working on their
end of the problem:
