Used test file for GIF Rendering

PROBLEM 1: Inaccurate GIF Rendering

(This Problem has been posted before but I completely forgot I had submitted it
and it got removed, so I'm posting it again with further detail as requested.
Old Bug ID: 495683)
When rendering GIFs (and potentially other file types similar to this), the GIF
gets low in Quality and some colors are messed up. While only a visual issue,
it does bother me a little. See Image and attached save file and rendered video
for further detail.
The preview inside of kdenlive works fine, the final render does not.

PROBLEM 2: Problems with older save files

When opening older save files, even if they're the same version, kdenlive
either simply closes after getting stuck at the step "Building Sequences" for a
couple of seconds, or you get a warning that something went wrong and all files
are there, but no audio or video tracks. Both outcomes force you to start the
project over in a new file.
Another thing with older files, if an effect doesn't exist in a newer version
of kdenlive, instead of deleting it, it still tries loading the effect,
consequently crashing a little after trying to view the effect in the effect
tab.
I have the effect "Audio Spectrogram Filter" in an older save in the master
effect tab. Clicking said tab crashes the app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE P1:
1. Create a project (preferably with a lot of color)
2. Render the project as a GIF
3. View the final result

STEPS TO REPRODUCE P2:
1. Open an older save file with an effect that no longer exists (or just an old
file in general)
2. (if it hasn't crashed already) Open the tab the effect is in
3. View the final result

OS VERSION
MS Windows: Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Attached File: kdenlive Save (v. 24.12.3) of the save for broken GIFs
Simply render the project as a GIF

I wish I could upload more than one file to also explain the second problem :/

Apologies for reporting this bug a 2nd time
