Can confirm: 

1. Attach a new TV over HDMI
2. Choose to use only the external screen
3. Open Firefox, open some movie e.g. on YouTube, make it fullscreen.
4. Let the system go into standby
5. Detach the HDMI cable
6. Wake the system up

Firefox is shown in the panel, but it flies in and out to the no longer
attached external screen.
Re-opening Firefox doesn't help, it remembers its position. 
Could be worked around by attaching and removing the external screen again.
