When I started RKWard, the Setup Assistant showed "The setup assistant has been invoked, automatically, because a problem has been detected in your setup." Another RKWard window showed "Crash recovery file detected It looks like RKWard has crashed, recently. We are sorry about that! However, not everything is lost, and with a bit of luck, your data has been saved in time. A workspace recovery file exists, dating from 2025-4-21 Do you want to open this file, now, save it for later, or discard it?" I pressed Next in the Setup Assistant twice, and the error "The R backend has failed to start" was shown. Show problem details had There was a problem starting the R backend. The following error(s) occurred: Connection closed unexpectedly. Last error was: QLocalSocket: Remote closed -An unspecified error occurred that is not yet handled by RKWard.
