--- Comment #35 from MarcP <iwannaber...@gmail.com> --- I left digikam alone while I was having lunch, and a few minutes later I see that it modified around 3000 pictures (about 7GB) during a background face recognition scan. Looks like the background scan itself is modifying pictures in some way.
