SUMMARY
after suspend it takes many seconds before login prompt activates
when logged in, the activity switch sidebar is frozen ( the cpu widget normally
is active, but is now frozen )
nothing responds. open windows of applications still work, but overlapping
windows are not being handled by the window manager
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. suspend system
2. wake it up (keyboard press or power button )
3. notice unresponsiveness of act. switcher
OBSERVED RESULT
activitity switcher frozen
has to be reset with :
open a terminal : I have keyboard custom shortcut, ctrl-win-alt + k , it starts
a konsole window.

activity switcher should function as it used to do

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
this started after updating to opensuse 15.6
I also started using brave browser, some weeks before the update. No issues
noticed (just saying. its the only major change I remember )
