SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. importing mp4 files from SD-Card not starting (0% static)
2. Trying to preview exiting mp4 videos (double click) in digiKam keeps the
preview window blank,
3. I am on new Ubuntu 25.04, on previous Ubuntu 24.10 everything worked on
digiKam 8.5, while 8.6 had and also now has a problem with ExifTool.
OBSERVED RESULT
no video whatsoever is playing.
