on latest version of plasma, i have this same bug where it freezes for a split
second before loading the thumbnail grid menu. stops after changing from
thumbnail grid to any other options. using x11, this bug doesn't happen. on
wayland, it does. happens to me no matter if the system just turned on, or if
been on for hours, same amount of freezing
