I can confirm that the (small) patch from #499637 fixes the bug for me. After
editing my lockscreen definition (according to the patch) the fingerprint
unlocking works again after a longer time (screen timeout, and mouse wiggle).
Without the patch it worked for immediate unlock. It also worked with older
versions of QT (6.8.1) (and plasma 6.2)
