I guess it's another issue but the video plays extremely choppy on my Intel i5 8th gen with UHD 620 integrated graphics. Output on terminal does show "No HW Decoder found". I enabled video hardware acceleration and opencl and I have installed the intel drivers. Hardware decoding is working on the gnome video player. Any hints? Thanks!
