I created a new user account, and tested it there: yes, the same thing occurs. I'm not sure how to add an attachment for that now, but I took a screenshot. By default, though, it used the EndeavourOS theme of Breeze, which seems to just change the accent colour to purple, and use some custom wallpapers.
