SUMMARY
2 services are not found that seem to be kinda required?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon Unstable (the image from the 7th of April)
2. Run apt update
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Failed to start apt-news.service: Unit apt-news.service not found.
Failed to start esm-cache.service: Unit esm-cache.service not found.
and the apt update command runs like nothing happened
EXPECTED RESULT
apt update running without any issues or warnings

Windows: 11 (on a different drive, unrelated to the bug)
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
