This looks the same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500951, but why
KWin hangs isn't quite clear - I suspected a blocking dbus call related to idle
inhibition, but I don't see one in the code.
Can anyone that has the problem please ssh in from another device and get the
backtrace of where kwin hangs exactly? While it hangs, you can get it like
this:
> sudo gdb -p $(pidof kwin_wayland)
> bt
> q
