kwriteconfig6 --file ~/.config/plasmarc --group PlasmaToolTips --key Delay 1
Makes it visible that the click is registered, as the tooltip is hidden, but
still, no menu is shown.
To be clear, this is not related to this issue other than it had this nice
side-effect that gives a hint about what's happening under the hood.
