Bug ID: 502683 Summary: Let applications provide recolorable icons Classification: Frameworks and Libraries Product: frameworks-kiconthemes Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: cf...@kde.org Reporter: fedin-ilja2...@ya.ru CC: kdelibs-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Right now kiconthemes requires the icon theme to have FollowsColorScheme=true which hicolor doesn't do of course. This makes providing recolorable icons as a part of application impossible. There doesn't seem to be anything that would interfere with icon themes unaware of recolorization so maybe just drop this requirement? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Try to provide a recolorable icon as a part of application OBSERVED RESULT It's recolored EXPECTED RESULT It's not recolored since kiconthemes requires opt-in from icon theme -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
