Where and how to configure the caret (cursor) blinking? (Blink rate, and
possibly width, color.)
My environment is Xubuntu. I can globally set that, for example, carets do not
blink at all. (Settings/Keyboard/Cursor
http://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-settings/keyboard)
But kate does not appear to honor it.
