SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the current Intel 620 GPU driver
2. Install Digikam
3. Enable opencl hardware acceleration
4. Restart and see "OpenCL No" in components information

OBSERVED RESULT

Displays "openCL availability: no" in components/openCV"

EXPECTED RESULT

It should list Intel 620 GPU and possibly (secondary) Intel i5 7xxx CPU

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 24H2 (26120.3671)
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I worked around this issue months ago via driver-reinstall and installing
additional opencl (CPU) support from Intel. This time, it didn't change
anything. I can build or test a git version if needed.
