When Extension is set to Use original extension the accelerator doesn't respond, but once you change it to Custom Extension it does! However, the behavior of the application is not what I would expect. Using the accelerator should send you into the dropdown menu if the textbox is disabled, and tabbing through from the Prefix or Suffix box should bring you into the dropdowns. Unless I am more incorrect there isn't a keyboard driven way to navigate through this application.
