Hi - could you please provide a bit more information about what you're seeing:
* What is your graphics card situation - Intel/AMD/NVIDIA, driver version if
applicable?
* Does this issue begin as soon as the system starts, or does it start normally
and then increase CPU usage with each open window?
* Does the issue remain when the system is idle for a while?
* Does CPU usage decrease if you close all applications, or does it stay stuck
at a high usage level?
