            Bug ID: 502598
Summary: battery percentage and energy consumption do not align
                    in the energy-panel
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: git-stable-Plasma/6.3
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Power and Battery widget
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: slartibar...@gmail.com
                CC: k...@privat.broulik.de, natalie_clar...@yahoo.de
  Target Milestone: 1.0

Please see the attached screenshots

I have used the laptop on battery until nearly empty, then put the laptop to ac
again.
In my opinion the 'energy consumption' graph does not align with the
battery-percentage graph: The battery was being emptied nearly constantly, but
the energy-graph shows a linear decrease at the beginning followed by a huge
consumption-spike - which definitely was not the case (i was browsing docs/web
at the time)
If there had been such a steep increase in energy consumption, this should have
an impact on the slope of the battery percentage curve - which is not the case

Moreover, why do we see only a small amount of 'energy consumption' graph in
comparison to the battery-percentage (which is much 'wider')

Still, i have some more doubts of energy-consumption accuracy:
The battery charging strategy (upower) is set to charging limits: stop at 85%,
start charging below 66%
So, in my case - even if ac is connected - the battery loses energy at a very
slow but noticeable rate (until it reaches 66%, where recharging starts again).
This is not shown in the graph
(maybe we don't have this kind of history to show in the first place?)

What is your take on this?
Can this be fixed to show 'better' percentage and consumption information?
