I built git rev c409c079115e92b819b374b813d3a3091b90ca1b after patches related to this were committed and confirmed OpenCL was working properly with my RTX 3070. I just installed the stable release of 8.6 and it still is not, though. (OpenCL availability is still "No" in component info.)
