For what I see in the video, the pointer icon is not a closed hand in some cases when dragging the image. In my tests, I only see this when I perform 3 clicks (2 clicks changes the mode and the third one drags the image). Could you confirm that you are not unintentionally doing 3 clicks (2 clicks, hold the third one) instead of 2 (1 click and hold the second one)?
