Then kwin will start consuming more and more memory, about 100mb per minute here, as long as the external monitor screen keeps getting updated. Heaptrack does not report any leak. As mentionned earlier, workarounds include unpluggin then replugging the external monitor (resets memory but keeps leaking); or restarting kwin altogether (prevent the leak until monitor unplugged/replugged again).
