SUMMARY
battery charge limit doesn't save; revert back to 100% after reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open "system settings", then "Power Management", Advanced Power Settings,
Charge Limit
2. change to 80%, apply
3. after reboot, it goes back to 100%
OBSERVED RESULT
after reboot, the charge limit goes back to 100%
EXPECTED RESULT
charge limit should be 80% as set
