I am thinking that maybe we need to change the way error reporting happens in
general.
We could have an error page that gets offered to the user in a dialog or a
notification or something. The page would look a bit like the crashed process
viewer and offer a list of all the defects that happened during the
update/install/remove and a way to drill down into low level details of what
happened there.
