I'm pretty sure this means that some of the time, you're restarting plasma
using systemd which makes the new plasmashell instance not suffer from the
issue, and some of the time you're doing `plasmashell --replace` which makes it
happen and is expected.

Make sure you're always using `systemctl restart --user
plasma-plasmashell.service` to restart Plasma. Update your scripts and shell
aliases/functions too.
