OBSERVED RESULT
I want to open the tools menu to install plugins but there are nothing to
display, only show the first menu `scripts`, but the secondary menu doesn't
show, so I don't know how to install plugins.I find the plugins folder is in
/usr/share/krita/pykrita on my computer and I put the plugin into that folder,
it doesn't work!I restart krita many times but to no avail.
what's more, I also open the settings to see the python plugins, but there are
nothing
