Alternate general purpose layout

Hi,

Just to propose the inclusion of this alternate general purpose layout, along
with the default ones.
It's somewhat similar to a layout seen in older Kdenlive versions, but adapted
to the new capabilities of Kdenlive and modern screen sizes.
Honestly I'm finding it quite comfortable to work with.
Some of the reasons:
- bigger monitors to see more details while editing.
- bigger Effects/Comp Stack, etc to improve comfort while tweaking technical
parameters.
- smaller but functional Effects/Compositions widgets, close to the effects
stack.
- smaller but still functional Project Bin.
coupled with a:
- Timeline using less tall tracks by default, to give space for the upper
areas.

The philosophy behind it is to have fewer, bigger areas in the layout (to
prioritize the ones where more time is spent during a typical session):
UPPER REGION
- One big "monitors" area. After all, I can't think of usual cases where seeing
both monitors at the same time is needed for a task. Some other widgets can
find its place here as well (Clip/Project Monitors, Media Browser, Online
Resources)
- One big "options" area, where widgets showing lots of data can be better
accommodated without constant scrolling or resizing. (Effect/Composition Stack,
Clip Properties, Subtitles, Speech Editor, Time remapping, Audio Mixer)
- A mid "thin" area, where widgets which mainly list items can find its place
(Compositions, Effects, Guides, Project Notes, Library, Undo History, some
scopes)
LOWER REGION
- A slimmer Timeline, with slightly shorter tracks. (50 px tall, in the
screenshot below).
- A left side area for the Project Bin and a few other widgets that can serve
well in that place. (Project Bin, Audio Spectrum, Vectorscope, Screen Grab)

The described layout is attached here.
Below you can find some screenshots of it in action.
