Ok, the crash is fixed in 6.3.4, but it's effectively always a symptom of a
pretty serious driver issue (pagefliip timeout), which could also explain the
freeze.
Please attach the output of
> journalctl --user-unit plasma-kwin_wayland --boot 0
and
> sudo dmesg
after reproducing the hang
