This seems to be fixed in new versions in that the
akonadi_unifiedmailbox_agent.conf_changes.dat file is being written into
$HOME/.config/akonadi/
The $HOME/.config/Unknown\ Organization version is old and can be removed
iow: the up-to-date version is in $HOME/.config/akonadi/ and the old, unused
version is in $HOME/.config/Unknown\ Organization
