Bug ID: 502186 Summary: time is wrong on different time zones Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: master Platform: openSUSE OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: tesafil...@googlemail.com CC: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk Target Milestone: 1.0 Created attachment 179849 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=179849&action=edit erroneous Tokyo time Hi there, to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure if this bug is related to the Plasma desktop environment, Linux, GNU, or chrony, but since I couldn't find any information about this on other plattforms, this is most likely the best spot. General description: When I use a time zone different from my local time, the clock shows the wrong time. My case: My system time zone is Berlin, my additional time zone is Tokyo. I guess, this is an issue with the time switch to summer time, since this wasn't erroneous before today. When I change the system time zone to Tokyo, the time is correct.
