SUMMARY
In some GTK3 applications, there is a gap between the menu and submenu, as
shown in the screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open GTk3 application with menubar (e.g. Galculator).
2. Open menuitem with submenu.
OBSERVED RESULT
Visible gap between menu and submenu.
EXPECTED RESULT
Submenu should be close to menu, like in Breeze Qt.
