Hoping that issue will disappear with some kde update I first upgraded from kubuntu-backports and then moved to Neon. I still have this problem on the fully updated Neon. Having "killall plasmashell && plasmashell" in my most used shortcuts for half a year is not pleasant experience. I just want to know if someone looking into this issue and should I provide more information (seems that other users already provided a lot).
