This specific request turns out not to be actionable. In case the app is closed
and did not define a "do this when clicked" action, simply launching it doesn't
do much good. You don't just want the app to be launched; you also want to be
taken to the message/item/thing/etc that corresponds to the notification! This
is unfortunately impossible without the app's participation.
