Start menu/application panel doesn't show up, when switch desktop on edge:
always enable.
My start menu/application panel is set to autohide, and switch desktop on
edge: always enable.
When I move mouse cursor to the bottom edge, I can see only glowing blue edge,
but application panel doesn't appear.
I have to change to switch desktop on edge: only when moving windows,
for app panel to appear when cursor reaches bottom edge.
