SUMMARY
In systemsettings kcm_kwinrules no dropdown menus seem to contain any content
(even though they seem to be selectable)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open systemsettings
2. navigate to window rules
3. add application
4. add property like virtual desktops
5. click on "apply ..." or "None selected"

OBSERVED RESULT
Dropdown menus have entries but these are not readable (but may be selectable)

EXPECTED RESULT
Dropdowns should contain some readable text like
"Remember"
"apply now"
"Desktop 1"
...

Stock Fedora has the same problems. Changing desktop themes or colors does'nt
fix the problem.

Screenshots and Console output of systemsettings will follow. Please note that
the console  dump was created with LANG=C for an english output
