Bug ID: 501983 Summary: Screen locker occasionally "gets stuck" when trying to log back in after a sleep. Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.3.3 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Screen locking Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: brianpollard...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 The screen locker will occasionally get stuck when logging back in from sleep, as in it will allow you to type a password, but it neither rejects or logs in after you hit enter or press the enter button. I was still able to sign in by clicking "change user" and then signing back in to my account on that screen. My session resumed as normal. This was after a relatively short sleep, so perhaps it was somehow in-between sleep states. I don't recall this ever happening to me before in earlier versions of plasma 6, but it has happened a few times with 6.3.3. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: fedora 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Using fedora's standard Wayland implementation and the default Fedora variant of Breeze. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
