I'm not satisfied with this resolution. I have a high refresh rate monitor.
Every time i drag a window around, on each refresh cycle, this log is spammed
to the journal, causing unnecessary disk activity and wasting disk space with
useless logs. I would like this log to be suppressed or throttled.
