Based on the error you're seeing with KInfo, it seems like the system isn't
actually fully up to date, or the last update had a problem.
This is probably the root cause of the other issues you're seeing. You should
report this to Arch, as a packaging / update problem

In particular, libKF6XmlGui.so.6 is in kxmlgui, whichneeds the KDE Framework
(KF6) packages.
