SUMMARY
Tablet wheel (XP-Pen Pro Artist 13.5) does not respond well anymore, not
allowing proper zoom or rotation
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krita with new canvas
2. attempt to zoom with wheel
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Zoom in doesnt work, zoom out does, rotation not at all. Works fine on other
applications
EXPECTED RESULT
Zoom In, Out, and Rotation work via Tablet wheel
